Swansea Market is celebrating being crowned the best large indoor market in the UK.
Judges praised the the market's support for local entrepreneurs, its central location and rich history.
The market dates back to the 14th century and is the largest indoor market in Wales.
Open 6-days a week, it's home to more than 100 stalls selling a wide selection of local produce and traditional Welsh goods.
Managed by Swansea Council, the market puts on regular events and attracts around 80,000 shoppers every week.
The market won the 2020 title in a competition run by the National Association of British Market Authorities.
Judges praised the market's plans to evolve to meet the needs of local people, as well as the way traders work alongside the council.
Swansea councillor, Robert Francis-Davies said, 'Swansea previously won the best large indoor market title five years ago – it’s good to have it back!'
