Photographer David Hurn on his Rhondda retrospective and encouraging a new generation

From Sean Connery to The Beatles, photographer David Hurn has snapped some of the biggest stars from around the world.

Now he's focused his attention closer to home, with an exhibition of images from throughout his career, all taken within twenty-five miles of the Rhondda.

Watch my report below:

The exhibition - called 'Ynyshir, 25 Mile Radius' - has been held at the Workers Gallery in Ynyshir.

As part of the project, David Hurn has also taken new portraits of local people.
