Woman, 57, dies in Nantgarw car crash on Christmas Eve

A 57-year-old woman has died in a car crash in Nantgarw.

South Wales Police said the woman died in the collision on the A468 Caerphilly Road on Christmas Eve.

The crash involved a single vehicle and the driver, from Caerphilly, died at the scene.

The incident happened at around 10.20am at the junction of Heol Y Dderwen.
