A man who dedicates his time feeding the homeless and hungry in Cardiff, says the problem is getting worse.
John, who knows what it's like to sleep rough, started 'Helping the Hungry and Homeless' a year ago to serve hot food, clothes and free haircuts to people living on the streets of the Welsh capital.
With temperatures dropping, more people are looking for help like John's project, and they said don't know how they'd survive without it.
The number of people sleeping rough in Wales has almost doubled - there has been a 45% increase in the last three years.
However, many don't survive on the streets. St Mary's Church in Butetown has been giving people a chance to remember loved ones who died on the streets.
Darren was homeless at 17 and now has his own place, but he's never forgotten the friends he made and lost.
