Preventing lawful burial arrests after body found at house

Two people have been arrested after a man's body was found at his home in Builth Wells.

The pair have been arrested on suspicion of preventing a lawful and decent burial after the man's body was discovered in Builth Wells, Powys, south Wales, on Tuesday, August 13.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman confirmed officers had been called to a report of concerns for the welfare of a man in the Builth Wells area.

A 28-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man, both from Rhyader, have been arrested on suspicion of preventing lawful and decent burial of a dead body.

A 60-year-old woman from Builth Wells has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. All three were bailed with conditions.
