Elderly visitor sees snake in Mountain Ash hospital corridor
A hospital had an unusual visitor after a snake was spotted on a corridor of a Welsh hospital.
The reptile made its way along the halls on Ysybty Cwm Cynon, Mountain Ash hospital.
An elderly visitor who was trying to leave the hospital said he found the snake blocking his path.
Dean Rendell, who filmed the snake on Saturday, August 17, was visiting his grandmother at the hospital and was approached by the elderly man after claiming he couldn't leave the building due to a snake that was blocking his path.
Dean, 35, said he was "shocked" adding that he didn't want to go too near as he had his young nephew with him.
A spokesman for the health board confirmed that a snake had been found in a corridor.
