Extinction Rebellion protestors to end three day Cardiff demonstration
A three day climate change protest which brought Cardiff city centre to a standstill has ended.
Demonstrators from the Extinction Rebellion group blocked a major road in Cardiff as part of the protest. They carried out a procession from Castle Street to City Hall earlier this afternoon.
The protests are part of their 'Summer Uprising', which has involved other protests in Glasgow, Bristol and London.
They are campaigning for more action on climate change.
South Wales Police say there was no need for their intervention as protestors took part in the procession.
