Greenpeace protester grabbed by Tory MP Mark Field lives off grid in Wales
The climate change protester grabbed by a Tory MP Mark Field and removed from a dinner lives off-grid on a farm in Wales.
Janet Barker lives in Llangammarch Wells on a farm that runs on renewable energy. She and her husband produce ethical angora from rabbits.
Greenpeace protesters disrupted the black-tie event where Chancellor Philip Hammond was speaking to demand action on climate change.
Video footage shows Tory MP Mark Field grabbing Ms Barker by the back of the neck, pushing her against a column before forcibly walking her out of the black-tie event at Mansion House, London.
Conservative MP Mark Field has been suspended as a Foreign Office minister while an investigation into him physically removing Ms Barker from the dinner is carried out, Downing Street confirmed.
Mr Field says he reacted "instinctively" and "deeply regretted" the incident.
Ms Barker said the protesters' intentions were peaceful and they just wanted to put a message across.
She says she does not intend to press charges despite not receiving an apology from Mr Field.
