Hundreds of locals who may have come into contact with the disease were invited to attend screenings on mobile trucks at the Joiners Arms and Parc y Scarlets Stadium.

After yesterday's screenings, extra sessions have been arranged for later this week because of the high demand.

Today, there will be a session at Llwynhendy Health Centre, from 11am until 5pm (rather than the previously advertised 3pm).

Screening at Parc y Scarlets will run until 10am.

An additional session, also at Llwynhendy Health Centre, has been organised for tomorrow, 6th June between 8am and 1.30pm.
