Pwllheli restaurant staff criticised on Trip Advisor for speaking Welsh

Staff at Plas Heli were described as "rude" by customers as they spoke Welsh amongst themselves in front of customers.

Placed just off the Welsh coastal path in Pwllheli, the restaurants' manageress was left "shocked" when she saw the review.

It referred to the seaside town as "awful" and say that they found that the staff discussing their order in Welsh as "rude".

Restaurant manageress Heidi Bakewell, who is a Welsh learner said she found these remarks "frustrating".
