Pro-cannabis marchers descend on Cardiff
Supporters of the legalisation of cannabis have gathered for a march through Cardiff.
Dozens of people marched from Cathays Park through the city centre to Cardiff Bay.
Cannabis is a Class B drug under UK law. People caught in possession of cannabis can receive a warning, be fined or face up to five years in prison.
The marchers are calling for the relaxation of these laws. They say the use of cannabis can be beneficial and drugs laws encourage organised crime.
The event is part of the Global Cannabis March with other marches taking place across the world including New York City, Vancouver and Cape Town.
