Pedestrian dies after collision with van in Tonypandy

A pedestrian has died after a collision with a van in Tonypandy this morning.

A 65-year-old woman suffered fatal injuries after she was hit by a van at Princess Louise Road near its junction with Oakfield Terrace in Llwynypia.

South Wales Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision, or the driving of the small white Nissan van prior to the collision, to contact 101.
