More than 80 per cent of North Wales Police officers suffering with low morale
A survey has found that more than 80 per cent of North Wales Police officers are suffering with low morale.
The survey by the Police Federation found the results were down to how officers feel they are treated in their duties, along with cuts to pay and conditions.
It also found that 70.6 per cent of officers said they felt they were not fairly paid, considering the stresses and strains of their job.
Despite the low levels of morale, the survey found that North Wales officers were the most loyal.
Out of all 43 forces in England and Wales, officers from North Wales Police had the least intention of leaving the service.
