Woman from Sketty is still a yoga pro at 90 years old

A woman from Sketty is proving age is no barrier when it comes to being a yoga pro.

At 90 years old, Margery Owens can pull off yoga poses that most half her age wouldn't dream of trying.

Having taught yoga in Swansea for over thirty years, the exercise has become a firmly fixed part of her routine and she practises every morning.

She still practices despite suffering from macular degeneration, a bleeding behind the eyes which leaves her near-blind.

Her amazing fitness isn't down to luck though. Margery puts it all down discipline.

The resident of Hazel Court retirement village says that yoga has kept her feeling young.
