Welsh singer 'thrilled' to perform at Royal Wedding
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have chosen a Welsh singer to perform at their wedding on May 19.
Elin Manahan Thomas will be part of the service at St George's Chapel in Windsor.
Kensington Palace said that both Prince Harry and Meghan have taken a great deal of interest and care in choosing the music for their service.
It will include a number of well-known hymns and choral works.
Elin Manahan Thomas is a Welsh soprano, best known for her performances of Baroque masterpieces, alongside classical and contemporary works.
She is an Honorary Fellow at RWCMD, and at the Universities of Swansea and Bangor, and is currently Artist in Residence at Bangor Music Festival.
