'Chaos' for Welsh NHS after IT system crash

There were reports that many doctors across the country could not access patient notes.
The Welsh Government confirmed there was a technical issue affecting two NHS Wales data centres, but has now said that all systems are working again.
The National Cyber Security Centre confirmed this afternoon that all indications were this was a data centre issue, not 'a cyber attack'.
There have been reports of 'chaos' across hospitals and GP surgeries this afternoon, with many doctors saying they could not access patient information.
One surgery in Merthyr Tydfil, Morlais Health, tweeted that its systems were down, but doctors would still see emergency patients.
Montgomeryshire GP Dr Alan Woodall tweeted that systems were down for district nurses and GPs.
