Splashing out! Hundreds brave the annual Tenby festive Boxing Day swim
Over 650 people turned out in the cold to brave the annual festive Boxing Day swim in Tenby.
Calm weather conditions and a high tide ensured that the sea was as inviting as it could be in the winter, and the Tenby lifeboat was able to moor close to the shore to watch over the crowd.
The charity dip attracted huge crowds of spectators who took to the water dressed in this year's fancy dress theme of Comic Characters which included superheroes, Smurfs and also none other than the US President himself - Donald Trump.
The swim has been organised for 47 years by the Tenby Sea Swimming Association, and this year has nominated the Harriet Davis Trust - which has holiday houses for disabled children and their families in the Tenby area - and Pembrokeshire foodbank charity PATCH as its charities.
Other festive swims took place around the country today including the Llandudno Lions Club Boxing Day Dip, Pembrey Country Park Walrus Dip and the National Lido of Wales in Pontypridd.
