Leon Britton to take on Swansea caretaker manager role
Leon Britton will take on the role of caretaker manager for the club's clash with Crystal Palace whilst Swansea City searches for its new manager.
The Swans stalwart has been handed the caretaker manager role while the club searches for a replacement for Paul Clement, who was sacked from the club last night.
According to a statement by the club, Britton, who stepped into a player-coaching role last month after 15 years at the club, will be assisted by under-23 coaches Gary Richards and Cameron Toshack. Goalkeeping coach Tony Roberts will also continue to assist.
