Missing Lynx blamed for sheep deaths
An escaped Lynx is being blamed for the deaths of seven sheep not far from where it went missing.
Lilleth the Lynx escaped from the Borth Wild Animal Kingdom last week.
The National Sheep Association is now claiming a recent incident in which seven sheep were killed is linked to the missing Lynx.
According to the NSA, a post-mortem was carried out by Welsh Government officials. It apparently found the sheep died from a single bite to the neck and subsequent internal bleeding.
It comes after farmers yesterday expressed their concern for the missing Lynx.
Meanwhile, the owners from the zoo say they are working to capture her. They have set up a number of traps and lures to try and bring her back to the zoo.
