Second man arrested in connection to murder of Cardiff father
A second man has been arrested in connection with the murder of father of two Sean Kelly in Adamsdown.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on Monday afternoon and is now in police custody alongside an 18-year-old man.
Sean Kelly, 37, died in hospital after receiving severe injuries at Theodora Street on Thursday July 13th.
The family of Sean Kelly say he was a doting father and would be missed by all.
