Champions League Final: Real Madrid to face Juventus in Cardiff
Gareth Bale's Real Madrid secured their place in the Champions League final to set-up a clash with Juventus in Cardiff on 3 June.
Wales' Bale missed the match with a calf injury as 'Los Blancos' lost the game 2-1, but went through 4-2 on aggregate.
It's Real's third European Cup final in four seasons and if they are to lift the trophy, they will become the first side to win back-to-back Champions League titles.
Bale now faces a race to be fit for the final in the city where he grew up.
The forward suffered a calf tear in a 3-2 loss to Barcelona at the end of last month.
However, Real hope he will be fit for the side's last league match of the season against Malaga.
Italisn side Juventus booked their spot in European football's showpiece event at the National Stadium of Wales after beating Monaco 4-1 on aggregate.
The clubs and players posted their delight at reaching the Cardiff final on social media.
