Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis: My advice for consumers after the Budget

ITV's consumer champion Martin Lewis has issued some financial advice for people following today's Budget.

The Martin Lewis Money Show presenter and founder of MoneySavingExpert.com described this year's offering from the Chancellor as "boring", with few surprises.

But he said the important message is that many of the changes we make ourselves can have a bigger effect on our personal finances than anything the Chancellor says.
