Warnings over potential coastal flooding in South East Wales

People living along parts of the Wye estuary are being told to be prepared, as high tides are forecast for Sunday and Monday evening.

Natural Resource Wales have said high tides could cause some disruption on roads, and could affect some homes in the area.

The road at Tintern is expected to be closed.

A flood warning has also been issued in Crofty, to advise people to install their flood protection gates.

High tides have been forecast across Wales for the coming days, and flood alerts have been issued elsewhere along the Welsh coast.
