Former world champion kickboxer Denzil Lawrence has raised more than £90,000 for Help For Heroes
The Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards are less than a month away and we've been looking for your help to choose Wales' entry for the ITV Fundraiser Award.
We've shortlisted four people who've gone above and beyond to raise money for charity.
Our second nominee is Denzil Lawrence.
He's a former world champion kickboxer who's raised more than £90,000 for the charity Help the Heroes by training people free of charge at his gym in Cardiff.
Watch the report below:
Denzil's project is called Heroes for 6 Minutes.
He doesn't take any money for training the boxers. Instead, the money goes to the armed forces charity.
The plan is simple. Train for eight weeks, then fight two rounds at the end of it in a special event.
People taking part are learning from the best. Denzil was a world champion who retired in the mid-nineties.
Earlier this year, Denzil's wife Suzanne died suddenly.
His daughter Danielle said her mother had talked of wanting to nominate Denzil for an award for his work.
Denzil's son Levi is also a champion kickboxer.
Denzil's project's going from strength to strength with events elsewhere in Wales and in the Midlands.
He hopes to expand it further in the months ahead.
