An appeal has been launched after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted as she travelled on a train from Cardiff.

The 17-year-old girl was travelling with a friend on the 2244 Cardiff Central service to Treherbert. Police believe she was repeatedly touched inappropriately by a man set next to her.

They wish to speak to a blonde woman who approached the train guard at Treforest station expressing concern at the behaviour of one passenger.
