Aberthaw power station pollution is 'too high', the European Court of Justice has ruled.
It finds the UK government has failed to limit pollution emissions from the power station in south Wales.
The coal-fired station in Vale of Glamorgan was accused of producing more than double the legal amount of nitrogen oxide.
