Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon has become an ambassador for Cardiff-based anti-bullying charity BulliesOut.
The 20-year-old's character in the ITV show - teenager Bethany Platt - is currently involved in a storyline where she is being bullied.
Lucy says she regularly receives messages from isolated youngsters in a similar situation, and wants to make sure nobody feels alone.
