Police to march at Pride event to show support for LGBT community

South Wales Police officers will be marching at Pride Cymru today to show their support for the LGBT community.

Pride Cymru 2016 is Wales' biggest annual celebration of equality and diversity, with thousands expected to attend.

South Wales Police officers will be on duty to ensure the safe running of the event, and off-duty colleagues will show their support by taking part in the march through the city centre. The force will also be unveiling their new "Pride car".
