50 people a year in the UK die from 'alcohol-related drowning', coastguards say

A 'hard-hitting' new film has been made to highlight the dangers of drinking and falling into water.

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency says it's targeting men aged between 18 and 29, who are thought to be most at risk.

The agency says people who have been drinking are more likely to take risks

Around 50 people die of alcohol-related drowning around the UK's coast each year, the agency says.
