Visitors to Barry Island can now surf the web whilst soaking up the sunshine.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has installed free public access Wi-Fi across the seafront.

In a move to boost digital inclusion across the county, Barry Island has become the latest venue to offer free Wi-Fi to users.

The council hopes the free Wi-Fi will attract visitors from all over the country to enjoy the famous seaside resort.
