A shortlist of bidders for Tata Steel's remaining UK assets, including those in Wales, is reportedly set to revealed by the end of the week.

Three companies are thought to be in the running - management buyout team Excalibur, Liberty House run by Sanjeev Gupta and Leeds-based group Endless.
It's understood that the firm handling the sales process, KPMG has been reviewing up to seven bids that were submitted by the deadline on May 23rd 2016.
Tata Steel which has plants at Port Talbot, Llanelli, Newport and Shotton recently sold its Scunthorpe operation saving 4,000 jobs in the UK.
There are also reports that the company based in India is now considering keeping its British operations in light of the [Government's support package](http://Javid: Government could co-invest with steel buyer).
But the future of the UK businesses are unlikely to be decided until after the EU referendum.
