UKIP leader Neil Hamilton did not mean to cause offence for 'sexist language'
UKIP leader Neil Hamilton's comments about fellow Welsh Assembly leader being "political concubines" have been ruled as unacceptable language to be used at the Welsh Assembly.
Last week, speaking at the Senedd, Mr Hamilton prompted numerous complaints from fellow Assembly Members after branding Plaid Cymru's Leanne Wood and Kirsty Williams of the Lib Dems "concubines".
Today Presiding Officer Elin Jones said his comments broke the rules as his insult was sexist.
She called his language "discourteous, disorderly and offensive."
