Dan Lydiate to captain as Wales make four changes for Italian job

Wales have made four changes to the side which saw their Six Nations hopes fall by the way side at Twickenham.

Luke Charteris, Rhys Webb and Justin Tipuric are handed starting positions after making positive impacts from the bench against England whilst Hallam Amos makes his first appearance of the 2016 Six Nations.

Flanker Dan Lydiate is to lead the side after Sam Warburton is ruled out with a concussion.

Alun Wyn Jones and Alex Cuthbert have too been left out of the match day squad because of heel and foot injuries.

Gethin Jenkins returns from a calf injury to take his place on the bench along with Jake Ball and Ross Moriarty.

Wales will be desperate to redeem themselves against an Italian side which has struggled in the tournament. Italy, on the other hand, will be hoping to avoid a repeat of last year's fixture, which saw Wales cut loose and run in eight tries.

Injuries have cost the Italians, who were missing as many as 14 players during their 58-15 thrashing at the hands of the Irish.

Wales need a win to secure themselves a runners up place in the Six Nations table.
