Want to spend a penny? These public toilets at 'idyllic' beauty spot are up for auction
It's being marketed as "rural property next to idyllic reservoir" - in reality it's a disused public toilet in Wales.
But it could be yours - for spending some pennies - as it's up for auction with no reserve price.
The toilet block is next to a 250 hectare stretch of water and unspoilt surrounding countryside "which is a magnet for walkers and naturalists," says auctioneers Paul Fosh.
It could prove to be a very 'convenient investment' as fully equipped toilets are next to a car park at Bwlch Y Gle, Llanidloes, close to the Clywedog Reservoir.
Paul Fosh says the unusual property close to the B4518, is being sold on behalf of Powys County Council and is subject to retaining its current use as a public convenience.
The Paul Fosh sale is on Thursday March 24 in Cardiff.
