As people far and wide celebrate St David's Day today, we've been taking a look back at some of the different and more unsual celebrations over the years.

Do you recognise any of these faces?

Not one for the faint hearted, one woman celebrated the special day by doing a skydive in New Zealand last year.

Thea completed her tenth skydive by wearing a Welsh rugby shirt and a daffodil hat to complete the look.

She also shouted "Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant Hapus!" as she opened her parachute.
