Cardiff commuters endure nine hours of train delays a year
According to new research, commuters in Cardiff endure an average of nine hours of train delays every year - the equivalent to one working day.
Cardiff was among the worst five places in Britain for morning train delays, with more delays than cities such as London and Glasgow.
Research also shows that on average two fifths of train services arrive late into Cardiff Central and Queen Street stations between 7am and 10am.
It also found that at those stations half of train services would arrive late between 8:00am and 9:00am - a common arrival time for commuters.
