Four men killed in two car crash on A5, Denbighshire

Four men have died following a crash involving two cars on the A5 in Denbighshire near the Druid traffic lights.

Police say a Vauxhall Astra and Vauxhall Zafira were involved in the incident, which happened at around 11:40 on Saturday morning.

Three men from Corwen died at the scene, while two men from Merseyside were treated for injuries before being flown to hospital in Stoke.

One of the men flown to hospital later died of his injuries.

Police are keen to speak to a female occupant of a red vehicle and the two occupants of a black coloured 4 x 4 type vehicle who arrived from the Corwen direction and helped at the scene.
