Powers plan brings 'clarity' insists Welsh Secretary
The Welsh Secretary is standing by plans to change the powers of the Assembly and Welsh Government. Stephen Crabb says the proposals set out in his draft Wales Bill will bring 'clarity' to the devolution settlement both for Westminster and Cardiff Bay.
The bill has been criticised from politicians of all parties, some of whom have called for it to be heavily altered or scrapped altogether.
You can watch my interview with Stephen Crabb in full below. I'll be discussing his comments and those of some of his critics in Sharp End at 1040pm on ITV Cymru Wales.
