The House of Commons Welsh Affairs Committee and National Assembly for Wales Constitutional and Legislative Affairs committee will meet today to scrutinise the UK Government's proposals on further devolution for Wales.
The committees will hear from politicians including Carwyn Jones AM and Stephen Crabb MP, as well as legal and academic experts.
