Cardiff 'traffic-free' day gets green light from council
Cardiff Council has voted in favour of hosting a 'traffic-free' day in the capital.
Cardiff Councillor Richard Cook says the day would see vehicles being prevented from coming into the centre of Cardiff, with those streets instead being used by pedestrians.
The plan has been compared to a similar traffic-free day which took place in Paris last month.
