Council looks to introduce laws to deal with seagulls

Seagulls are seen by some as a nuisance.

Now aggressive seagulls - often scavaging for food waste are becoming an increasing problem in some of our cities and coastal resorts.

And one Welsh council is so concerned that it's planning by laws to control the problem.
