Does the First Minister of Wales look like the leader of a cult like mafia?

Are his followers frightened of free speech and terrified of dissenting voices?

This description was part of the opening salvo aimed at the FM by the Leader of the Opposition, Andrew RT Davies and it made the FM wince.

The First Minister cautioned RT to be careful about what he said because he advised that he might not know all the facts concerning Luke Elis's resignation.

Plaid Leader Leanne Wood spoke about her party's plans to employ an extra one thousand doctors in the Welsh NHS.

The FM was clearly sceptical about the chances of its success and queried how such a proposal would be achievable?

He referred to his own plans for the NHS which would mean the recruitment of one thousand additional medical staff which would include doctors but other front line medical staff as well.

Kirsty Williams, the Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats, was last to speak this week and her questions were about Local Government reorganisation.

If there were plans to limit the terms of office of councillors, cabinet members and leaders should the same not apply to Assembly Members, Cabinet Ministers and indeed First Ministers? Apparently not!
