Retired rhythmic gymnast Frankie Jones has been appointed as Athlete Advisor for Team Wales as they build towards the next Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in 2018.
Jones, who took one gold and five silver medals at this summer's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, announced her retirement from competition this year.
Her haul helped Team Wales to their greatest ever medal tally of 36 at Glasgow 2014.
