Services are taking place around Wales today to remember the servicemen and women who served in the two World Wars and later conflicts.

Wales' national observance of Remembrance Sunday is taking place in Cardiff city centre.

Detachments from the Royal Navy, the Army, the Royal Air Force and others will march to the Welsh National War Memorial just before 11am this morning.

They'll be joined by columns of ex-Servicemen and women, organised by the Royal British Legion and hundreds of people representing organisations connected with current and past conflicts.

The 'Last Post' will sound out at 11am by a gun of the 104 Regiment Royal Artillery, Newport followed by a two minute silence.
