Three-year-old Harley from south Wales has become an internet sensation through a smartphone App. 'Vine' is a fast-growing app which lets users post short looping videos online.

His dad, Ben Phillips, set up the account in August 2013 and things really took off when Harley appeared. They're now in the top 5 'viners' in the UK and have half a million followers.
