The legacy of London 2012
Welsh athletes won 22 medals between them at London 2012 and were part of a sporting summer which enthralled a global audience.
In a few hours time Wales' Olympians and Paralympians will be officially welcomed back home with a ceremony in Cardiff Bay.
The last few months have been extraordinary, with success at nearly every turn. But now thoughts have turned to what legacy the games will leave.
It was hoped that London 2012 would inspire the next generation of elite athletes, and encourage the country to become fit and healthy. Nicola Hendy has been finding out more.
