A Welsh hospital is closing its doors to emergency patients from tonight, because bosses can't recruit enough 'sufficiently experienced doctors'. Health officials say the shortage was putting patients at risk.

Those destined for the Neath Port Talbot acute medical service will instead be sent to other nearby units. But with the Welsh health service struggling to attract the right expertise, what effect will it have on patients? Our Health Correspondent Mariclare Carey-Jones has been investigating.
