RAF Valley on Anglesey hits 9,000th rescue
The search-and-rescue team based at RAF Valley on Anglesey has made its nine-thousandth rescue.
Prince William works as a co-pilot with 22 Squadron, who have been saving lives since 1955.
Landmark rescues such as this are commemorated with plaques, which are then hung on the squadron wall.
