AMs to quiz Health Minister over emails row

Members of the Assembly's Health Committee have unanimously agreed to call the Health Minister and her officials to answer urgent questions about claims they influenced an independent report. You can see the committee making the decision below.

They'll question the minister at a meeting of the committee next Wednesday morning, hours before Lesley Griffiths is due to face a no-confidence motion in the Senedd chamber.

Whatever she says to the committee on Wednesday morning could head off that vote. There are certainly signs that Plaid and Labour AMs might be trying to take some of the heat out of a situation which has quickly escalated this week.
