Welsh Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion competes in Cardiff
Five times British Champion and GB Olympic hopeful Frankie Jones will be competing at the Rhythmic Gymnastics Welsh Championships in Cardiff's Sofia Gardens today.
The competition at the Sport Wales National Centre will be Frankie's last on Welsh soil before the Olympic Games.
The 21 year-old, who lives in Northampton, but competes for Wales due to her father's roots in Pontypool, Torfaen, represented Wales at the 2006 Commonwealth games where she finished 12th overall.
But it was in the 2010 Commonwealth Games Frankie really came to the fore after finishing in 4th place overall and winning the event's prestigious silver medal in the hoop discipline.
Going in to the 2012 Olympic Games Frankie is the Current Welsh and British Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion.
